19.62g of 22ct/.917 gold (Actual Gold Weight: 17.99g of 24ct/pure gold). Obverse: ELIZABETH II D G REG F D  2008 (Elizabeth the Second by the Grace of God Queen Defender of the Faith). Fourth portrait of Elizabeth II, crowned with the 'girls of Great Britain and Ireland tiara', IRB below truncation for designer Ian Rank-Broadley. Reverse: ONE POUND, A Celtic cross charged at the centre with an Annulet therein a Pimpernel flower and overall an ancient Torque, by designer Norman Sillman. Mint State/Proof FDC.
